     ① Epi와 stomal componet가 모두 악성인 혼합 암종

     ① HF가 the common pleomorphic adenoma와 일치
     ② 양성 외형임에도 불구하고, 전이됨
     ③ 전이된 지역은 primary lesion과 유사

Clinical Features

  [Carcinoma ex Pleomorphic Adenoma]

     ① 양성이었던 것의 악성으로의 변화
     ② 수년간 암종을 가지며 환자가 존재
     ③ 때론, 동통이나 궤양과 연관된 급속한 성장이 일어나기도 함
     ④ major gland(특히 parotid gland), palate에서 발생
     ⑤ 여성 편향

  [Carcinosarcoma]

     ① 아주 희귀
     ② parotid gland에서 주로 발생
     ③ 다른 case에서는 de novo를 arise

  [Metastasizing Mixed Tumor]

     ① 아주 희귀
     ② parotid gland에서 주로 발생
     ③ 뼈냐 폐, 림프 노드나 간으로 전이
     ④ 대부분의 환자들은 양성 혼합 암종이 있다.

Histopathologic Features

  [Carcinoma ex Pleomorphic Adenoma]

     ① 암종의 Epi의 세포 다형성과 비정상적 분열로 특징 지어짐
     ② infiltrative growth pattern을 보인다.

  [Carcinosarcoma]

     ① carcinomatous and sarcomatous areas에 모두 영향 주는 biphasic tumor
     ② sarcomatus portion이 tumor에서 우세

  [Metastasizing Mixed Tumor

     ① 양성 다형성 암종의 특징을 가지고 있다.
     ② 악성으로 변화는는 관찰되지 않는다.

Treatment

     ① Carcinoma ex Pleomorphic Adenoma, Carcinosarcoma
         -> 광범우한 절제, 림프노드의 절제, 방사선 치료
     ② Metastasizing Mixed Tumor  
         -> 외과적 절제
